I am the happy new owner of Ice Cream Bean seedlings, thanks to the Perth City Farm. Which has a permaculture garden, including a Ice Cream Bean Tree.
I asked politely, made a small donation, and will be dropping off some Yacon rhizomes from my plants when I do my first harvest. Which they currently do not have in their plant collection. They gave me 2 pods, which are germinating to approximately 20 seedlings.
Have a look at my first pass at research about these wonderful Nitrogen fixing trees, and leave your advise and comments:
