In February of 2016, I am expecting the delivery of a new and complete Full Flow Hive, which I admit was an impulse buy, and may result in being an expensive introduction to beekeeping. However, I look at it as motivation to do something I want, but put off due to concerns of effort and the added bonus that I am allergic to bee stings.
For those that have ever tasted fresh from the hive honey, that you know has not been feed up to the bees by sugar water, and therefore has some of the flavour provided by the donated nectar. You want your own hive.
Since my purchase, I have done some research and while I am expecting a higher level of effort than advertised, at a distance, and without practical experience, I have a strategy for the laziest possible management of my honey productions system.
