I am an agronomist and have been working with a french NGO in Himalaya, Mongolia and now Tajikistan in agriculture and energy: economic activities using micro-hydro electricity, passive solar greenhouse for vegetable gardening, soil and water management techniques, and energy efficient technologies for rural households.
I came accross Permaculture in Mongolia and would be pleased to develop this approach in development project approach for Central Asia.
