Peter Bourgelais is the Chief Technical Officer at CypherChaikhana.org, an NGO he co-founded in 2015 to promote citizen-infrastructure (off-grid
housing, permaculture, and mesh networking) and freedom of expression in Central Asia. He is currently working his way through the Designer's
Manual, is set to take a PDC at The Resilience Hub in Portland, ME, and is working to organize a permaculture demonstration project in southern
Kyrgyzstan.
