Born and raised on the East Coast. 9 years of great consequence living in the Sonoran Desert of Central Arizona. Missed the ocean desperately and finally got myself to coastal Southern California.

While I lived in Arizona I became interested is green architecture and water conservation. Studying those subjects led to an obvious discovery of Permaculture and this led to a Permaculture Design Course through the Phoenix Permaculture Guild. The effects of that course continue to have an effect on my day-to-day life.
