I came to Permaculture after much research into country's economic woes. I began to realize that it wasn't just the economic system that was damaged, it was BROKEN. And it wasn't just the economic system, it was all of our systems in use today. Government, Health Care, Monetary, Education, Police Protection, etc. At first, I was overwhelmed with the magnitude of the problems facing us. Most of the people writing about this offered no solutions. Somewhere along the way, I heard the word "Permaculture" and realized that all of our problems today can be solved with Permaculture thinking.

I received my PDC in El Paso from Dan Dorsey, along with Robert Leal. It was the start of an incredible journey. I've been bitten by the bug.

I have started a Permaculture consultation company, Deserts Alive, located in El Paso, TX. As the name suggests, I have a passion for bringing the desert to life.
