Hello. My name is Marijn and I live in Rotterdam with my family.

I studied social and cultural development ( culturele en maatschappelijke vorming), have a bachelor in social work in 2009. I worked a time as creative producer, did several creative projects with teenagers in Delft. Then had my own company as a producer organizing event's and a young meditation group. In the meantime had a lovely son. We love to travel and I have visited countries like Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, India and Indonesia.

I started with the course permaculture at the Moestuinman, with Linder and Frans Jan as my teachers last year. Besides that I am working as a gardener at Eco Kinderpark on Feijenoord, Rotterdam. A rural garden of 3000 m2 with a glasshouse, several square of vegetable garden, fruit trees and bushes, lot's of flowers and a place for the children to play. We also give nature education.

My interesses to join this side is to make connections with people around the globe to make more lush, green places in harmony with nature. I want to learn more about forest restoration and tropical gardens.
