As the global economic and food crisis deepened she knew a change in the world was imminent. Armed with a positive attitude and a desire for change the decision was made to move to the Dominican Republic. Her studies at St Lawrence College in the Business Administration Program coupled with a lifetime of experience in the hospitality industry have created the balance necessary for overseeing the facilities at Yasica Mountain. With a natural aptitude for the culinary arts, combined with a green thumb Natasha teaches a powerful series of eco-courses inspiring those who visit the Center. Her unquenchable thirst for knowledge motivates her to continue to hone her skills by taking programs offered by a host of industry leading professionals.
