Engineer turned poultry farmer, Muaz aka Kai Mutalib was looking for sustainable methods of farming & food qualities of the old. After a couple of years experiencing the heavily industrialised farming techniques practised by fellow farmers & himself, he vowed to change ways & put food quality & security back to what they're supposed to be.
