I was Introduced to Permaculture in the fall of 2012. I attended Alderleaf Wilderness College where I received my PDC from Jenny Pell along with a certificate of Wilderness Education and Ecology and a Level 3 Cybertracker certification. Currently I live on an Urban Farm in Springfield Missouri where my wife is interning, she is a certified permaculture designer as well.

We have currently started our first real projects in a suburban backyard in Nixa Mo, complete with chickens, composting system, annual grow beds, huglekulture, swale, rain garden/pond, rainbarrel water catchment, and water diversion drains to make sure the maximum amount of water possible on in the yard is conserved. My wife is currently helping a local Italian restaurant design some systems so that they can produce some of their own food right there on site.

Currently my mission is to bring awareness of permaculture solutions to the Springfield area and beyond while at the same time finding a way to create a living off of it.
