Physical Educator and Health Coach at Vista del Futuro Elementary. I have been an instructor for 4 years at this eastside school. Two years ago, several students and I along with Permaculture of El Paso started our first keyhole garden. The students and I have had great success with our keyhole garden growing pumpkins and Russian lettuce. Since the Fall of 2013, we have built several raised garden using the same method as permaculture of lasagna layering. Starting this Fall, students and I will form a gardening club at the school.
