Slowly working on converting by suburban residence to a more sustainable environment. Our home is a huge inefficient mass produced resource and labor intensive albatross within a gated community infested with government bureaucrats, some of which aspire to become petty tyrants who run the HOA. My biggest fear is I am running out of time to make the land as useful as I can while the nation runs headlong into economic collapse.
