I am very passionate about life and the health of our planet and all species on it. I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach, a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Colorado, and an Associates Degree in Applied Science. I began living and eating a Raw Food Lifestyle, ie., growing my own, microgreens, sprouting, Wheatgrass in soil and hydroponic. Learning to maintain balance and keeping healthy as I suffer as many do with Auto Immune disease issues, digestive as well. I was born with a non functional thyroid, it never developed and I have been told I will get sick and die without medication. Where did this all start I began to ask myself? DNA, processed foods my parents ate, vaccines, vaccines and hormone additives to livestock? Many more questions I've been researching. So through my sufferings I also learned that it gave me an intense desire to learn more and DO more. I have connected many dots along the way and here I am.
I plan to help promote Permaculture throughout my community, state, and the world. I have some ideas through books for children and adults, public speaking and interviewing, and ongoing documentary interviews of its growth. I welcome additional insight on how to make this happen.
