I am the Food Systems and Fermentation Director at Rancho Mastatal, Costa Rica. I work with farms and restaurants to develop appropriate food preservation skills and systems through live culture fermentation. I also teach Permaculture Design Certification courses in Costa Rica and Nicaragua.
