I am an attorney (construction, entertainment, intellectual property), but started out growing up with my grandparents on their 4 acre property. I grew up gardening, canning, and preserving things we grew in our garden.

Once I moved to the Los Angeles are and my husband and I were finally able to purchase a house, we started up our own garden. I learned about permaculture through Jack Spirko's podcast, and decided to participate in PermaEthos. This design philosophy just makes sense, especially in an are where you aren't going to get a whole acre to play with.

Currently, we are saving up and searching for our next property, and we hope to have a larger lot and a better budget with which to really develop a great permaculture plan.
