I have gradually become more and more concearned about how the food industry affects our health and the environment. I have found that the only reasonable and possible solution is to create sustainable, natural, small scale systems that produce healthy food by, or close to, the consumers. After 40+ years in building/ property development I have some experience in construction and earth works. My passion now is to learn more about, and share, permaculture design to help people take control of their food!
