Veg grower from the early ages. Started permaculture interest in 2009. I developed 2 cheesemaking courses, a natural beekeping course, an aquaponics course and a growing nutrient dense food course. I run these regularly in Canberra and on my visits to Turkey. I wrote 3 books in my native language about cheesemaking, natural beekeeping and aquaponics. Another permaculture book in Turkish is on its way. I love teaching and developing materials to teach.
