Traveller and pretty new permaculturist in 2017, I've always been concerned by ecology and sustainability.
I started to be more involved in diverse initiatives in September 2016, volunteering in places where permaculture principles were applied to the land, at different levels and scales in France (Brittany), New Zealand (Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Tasman Bay), Thailand (Chaiyaphum and Chiang Mai provinces) and Japan (Yamaguchi, Nagano and Shizuoka prefectures).
I've got my PDC in November 2016 nearby Toulouse.
I've also participated to Village Building Convergence 2016 in Portland, OR and have been short-term intern in an intentional community in France based on non-violence (Arche de St Antoine).
In 2017 I'm travelling across New Zealand and Asia (from Malaysia to Japan at least) and look for projects I can visit and participate to. My current aim is to learn by helping and contributing to any kind of serious initiatives bringing permaculture philosophy to life (design and implementation).
My particular interests at the moment are:
- soil
- water and energy collection
- waste management
- social aspect / intentional communities, eco-villages
- low-input food growing (insects, seaweeds)
