I am primarily focused on regenerative sustainable development. I have experience in permaculture, organic farming, large and small scale composting, natural building, rural & urban community development, community building, group facilitation, and project management. I am skilled at maintaining large scale visions without sacrificing the details. I operate from a systems design perspective and am passionate about collaborative processes. I base much of my systems design on Theory U, a globally recognized change methodology developed by MIT's Presencing Institute.
