I have been growing food all my life and working in community food access all my adulthood. Entering Permaculture was a natural progression and really encompasses all that I stand for.
After running a food sovereignty NGO and studying/practicing Permaculture in Melbourne, Australia, my husband and I have relocated to a 1-acre plot in the hills of Maharashtra, about 4 hours SE of Mumbai.
We are 1 year down in transforming this once barren, hard-pan clay land to an abundant thriving permaculture example. Our door is wide open to any and all that want to come work with us and bring their own experience and expertise.
After a 2018 completion of Permaculture Teacher Training with Rosemary Morrow and Aranya Agricultural Alternatives, I am currently teaching the first of many PDCs off our land. Get in touch if you're interested!
