Married with kids 7, 9, 11 & 13. Practicing Christian and blended private school and home schooling family. Originally our backyard was a design and completed project by Daniel Deighton (a well known Illawarra Permaculture Landscape Architect) which we have been developing with Permaculture principles since 2002 on 1440 sq mtr suburban battle axe block, which now includes a vibrant food forest with about 40 different trees and a vast array of edibles throughout the back and front yardens as we continue to strive for less dependance on store bought staples. Happy to say we have completely retired the lawn mower now. Our menagerie includes chooks, ducks, reptiles, rabbit, guinea pigs, cockatiel.
We are a formidable husband & wife team (with the frequent addition of a few enthusiastic children - on most occasions). Wife Penny completed PDC with Permaculture Visions - Mt Kembla in 2011 and I completed my PDC with Geoff at Zaytuna Farm PRI in 2011 also.
