I was officially introduced to permaculture as part of a workshop called, "Think Like a Forest", which combined permaculture, activism, and art. It ran for two weeks and culminated in a creative and political action taking place in Berlin. The workshop was led by the Laboratory of Insurrectionary Imagination (London) and permy-rad-dude Alfred Decker (Barcelona).

I followed up with a PDC course, "Earth Activist Training" (which combined permaculture, activism, and spirituality), led by Starhawk and Erik Ohlsen in northern California.

My focus is currently on urban permaculture projects, educational outreach, and the incredible potential of social permaculture. For the time being, I am based in Edmonton, AB. and I would love to get involved or check out any projects in the area!
