I grew up in the Lower Mainland very close to the rainforest and plenty of wildlife. From this my love for ecology, plant medicines and healing designs have grown. I really like being outdoors, writing and reading, creating and listening to music, and always enjoy consciously grown & foraged foods.

I started reading up on permaculture back in 2009 and took my first PDC in 2010 in the Slocan Valley. Now I am continuing studies with Delvin Solkinson at Gaiacraft as well as building my dream of creating abundance, health and harmony in myself and the world around me.

Currently helping turn a backyard into a thriving garden with elements such as a mandala garden with keyhole beds, an herb spiral, mason bees, and a food forest.
