Born in 1968 in Germany and grew up in Ankara. Studied Economics and applied mathematics. Specialized in Risk modeling. Been working for Hacettepe University as a Professor of Risk. Been advising FAO Ankara office in agricultural risk modeling, especially on drought and hail. Played a role in the establishment of the orienteering federation in Turkey and became the first vice president of the mountaineering federation responsible for orienteering. Played professional basketball mostly in the second league.
