Dreaming of an eddible forest in south of France (Corbieres), area where wine is still considered as a main culture eventhough landscape is becoming desert.
The global idea of this 1,8 ha project is to get into permaculture techniques, philosophy and by the way educate the local area into polycultural minded by acting (experienced lived in Cuba).
Being working next to it, time will be the best asset to let the nature express its art.
Studying permaculture for one year, I'd the chance to visit Cuba through the Antonio Jimenez Fundation, I also took part in courses with Steve Read, Franck NathiƩ and Andrew Darlington. All those experiences were rich and I'm open to share time and experiences.
