Update: Just finished my online PDC with Geoff Lawton (which was GREAT) and am looking forward to working on projects of all sizes.

I've been either gardening or around gardeners my entire life & developed a desire to find better ways to grow food, take care of the soil & do my part to direct runoff water on my land back into the aquifers.

I became interested in permaculture by encountering Sepp Holzer's Krameterhof video on YouTube & haven't looked back since - I've been slowly applying more and more permaculture principles to everything I do.

For fall/winter 2013-2014, I'll be focusing on energy conservation & learning about rocket mass heater construction.

Of course, I've been sharing URLs, book titles, and any knowledge I can with people interested in learning more & hope that I can get at least one other person implementing permaculture principles. It would be immensely satisfying to help get the message out, here in the resources-consuming environment of the Northeastern US coast.
