Born in New York City with no background in rural living. Moved to Hawaii and volunteered on Organic farm eventually becoming manager of gardens. Subsequently traveled visiting communities and projects to broaden knowledge of alternate living.
Received Permaculture training in Golden Bay New Zealand at Tui Community. Moved from New Zealand to Thailand to live at community Panya Project for 9 months.
Currently live on 4 acres of formerly monoculture farmland converting with full passion into lush Permaculture food forest and community learning center. Receiving WWOOFERs and volunteers from worldwide to help us realize this endeavor.
