I'm the director of a new permaculture school in the mountains near Huaraz, Peru called Ka'Way Monti School for Sustainability. We run Natural Building and PDC courses with a model that for all paying international students a local Quechua farmer is sponsored to attend. The classes are held in both Spanish and English and designed for beginner level permaculturists. If you're interested in checking us out please check the website for any updates.
