I have been a practicing Chiropractor for 41 years. I resumed developing my gardening and survival skills about eight years ago.

I discovered Permaculture as I researched living off grid. Permaculture is a natural fit to my life long philosophy of trying to live a "natural" lifestyle.
I currently believe permaculture is the answer to all the worlds problems and is a gift from the creator.

In March of 2013 my family and I purchased a 7.5 acre homestead. I finished my PDC in 2013 and we are on our way! This year we are adding pigs to homestead and have cleared an acre of pine forest to plant an orchard. We have started a 200' hugel bed. I think we will be busy this year.

2013 - First Projects

Swale for hazelnuts. Developed our first garden bed. Remodeled the tool shed for a chicken Coop. Planted apple, pear and cherry trees. Started blueberries, raspberries and strawberries bushes.
