Formerly mom of one bright and shining star of a daughter raised in NY while learning real estate and working in same as well as wholesale retail and restaurant. Forced retirement at a young age prompted me to jump in to what I have always thought that I would do when I was older, gardening and restaurant entrepreneurship. So I have been studying and researching all of the best of food culture, joining groups, taking classes and finally taking the PDC course. My focus is on edible and medicinal plants.
