I completed my PDC in 2014 and I am the founder and CEO of Sustainable Way of Life. I offer Nonviolent Communication (NVC)-based services and permaculture consultation & design, seeking to nourish and enrich every component of one’s life, from how we interact with ourselves and others, to how we interact with our environment, to our day-to-day routines including work, relationships, and nutrition. At the heart of both permaculture and NVC is compassionate understanding and maximizing mutually beneficial relationships. Both empathy and symbiosis are pivotal to the sustainability of our species as well as our intra- and interpersonal relationships.

Growing up in the suburbs and with an educational background in psychology, I had little awareness of ecology until 2008 when a friend opened my eyes to the beautiful world of permaculture. I've been hooked ever since, my curiosity endless. I quickly realized how important permaculture was to me and it became my second passion, next to Nonviolent Communication. In 2012 I started an organization to offer my services in Nonviolent Communication and permaculture.
