(projects i'm following)
As a big company Marketing/Advertising professional, I became much interested 15 years ago in organic living/food quality after my daughter was diagnosed with autism. Today I've seen with my own eyes the recovery real food, respect for the planet (specially respect for bacterial /fungal life both inside and outside our bodies ), and respect for all people and their quality of life can bring about.
Today I work together with scientists seeing the role of oxalate, a toxin in certain plants in the metabolism of chronic illness. My permaculture project will be a showcase for the possibility of natural living for all but specially for families with kids with developmental difficulties. And it will also be a "living lab" to see what varieties/soil conditions /fungal-bacterial life lower oxalate content in plants.
Will be looking mostly at unusual/ancient varieties and will need the support of the permaculture world wide network.
There's almost 100 of us in Belgium, let us share resources, experience and support each other!
