I was introduced to Permaculture a few years ago, but now I am pursuing my PDC.

I intend to use the knowledge and principles of Permaculture to guide individuals and communities in underdeveloped urban and rural areas, toward a self-sustaining lifestyle.

I also intend to turn my home into a homestead. I have a huge backyard and large garden beds which have been unused for since I bought my house, but I have begun my transition and I'm preparing for the spring.

I see this as the pre-work which will help me develop my skills enough to eventually work on an even bigger site on my family land in the Carribean.

I am also interested using other materials for structures, such as cob, shipping containers and straw bale.
