We are celebrating today!  We put in an offer on the piece of land we wanted to purchase and the answer came back "we will accept your offer".

We are SO EXCITED!  We have been looking for property for over a year, put in many different offers to purchase for various pieces of land, all were declined, and now I am happy they were - this property has spring water and a huge stone and thatch house that will accommodate our needs perfectly!

The house also has tenants at present - so we are going to have to wait until the tenants are aware of the sale before we descend with our paper and pens to work out our sectors and begin designing.

Oh happy day!
