This one day workshop will have participants making sourdough bread, sauerkraut, kimchi, lactic fermented dried fruit, nuts and seeds and a batch of wine made from fruit. This is a very hands on workshop and as usual there will be plenty of taste testing during the day. Morning tea and lunch are included as well as a manual with all the recipes and step by step instructions on how to make your own at home. Sourdough starter given away at the end of the day. The workshop will be held at various locations and costs $75.00.
