The DVD has been filmed by Frank and Jane Gapinski of Eco Films and is for sale through this website. It explores organic care of livestock, how to milk a cow and a goat, make your own cheddar cheese, brie, cottage cheese, butter, ghee, yoghurt, kefir and sourcream. The DVD is divided into chapters so that the beginner can click on any of the topics they would like to focus on.
