Pollinating some fruit trees can be a problem. One trick I have used since the early 1980s is to spray the blossom with a weak solution of sugar and water -  bees tend to like to work a single source and once the word gets out that a certain tree or trees are on fire the little insects do the rest. My Almonds are in flower at the moment - so next fine day I will spray them with this sweet mixture.
