After a year and half the renovation of the old house is finished.
It now boasts a biomass/solar heating, compost toilet, rainwater harvesting and in house utilization, double electrical power distribution with 220 V AC and 12 V DC with backup.
Bought land to close the property the total surface is now 13 hectares
I'm now beginning the food forest design and preparation, with root cellar and irrigation for terraces.
Next step will be my passive house..
