Joel Salatin will offer his 'lunatic' ways of farming - which he considers to be a form of healing the land.
He will meet with various groups, incl. agro-innovators, culinary press, young and prospective farmers, food industry folks - and the general public.
The public programme is online, mostly in Dutch, and includes 2 major keynote presentations:
May 9, closing evening of the food debate series It's the Food, my Friend, at the agricultural university of Wageningen.
