OK, first things first.  I own this plot for many years and just did not have the motivation to develop it.  I finally decided to do something creative with it.  So, I ordered gates, and contracted masons to build that missing wall with the neighboring plot.  Once that is complete, my plan is to finish the layout design and drill a well - the only source of water on the property, and hook up electricity.
