Presented a World Cafe Workshop at the 10th BGCI Education Congress in Poland, September 2018.
Training Botanic Garden Professionals on the link Permaculture, Biodiversity and Education.
In this session, we will talk about the interaction between Permaculture, Biodiversiy, and School/University.
Several examples from the theoritical background and practical experiences embeded at Malva were given. This was be done in reation to plant interactions.
Approaches to specialization in schools and universities with regard to climate change, soil carbon sequestriation, nature enhancement, environmental education was focused upon.
The participants were asked to write a project, working in groups of 4-5.
The groups presented their projects at the end of the session.
