Vision Statement: The vision of the Permadigm Initiative is to act as a catalyst for the inspiration of people and communities by providing an evolving educational outlet focused on ecological living, permaculture, mental and physical wellness, and sustainability leadership. We are built on the principles pioneered by permaculture: care for the people, care for the Earth and share the surplus, thereby stimulating the rich societal fertilizer necessary for the cultivation of a sustainable future.

Rationale
The mission of the Permadigm Initiative is to act as a catalyst for a shifting in consciousness from dependence to resilience, to introduce and promote ecologically responsible and maintainable ways of life for individuals and communities by teaching regenerative leadership and sustainable living through the kaleidoscope of permaculture design.
We believe in a new paradigm for the human race based on natural design where values, accountabilities, and lifestyles are altered to include multiple stakeholders, human and nonhuman, for the benefit of our present, our future, and our Earth. We believe that education and exposure to exciting and innovative yet attainable possibilities is fertilizer for the cultivation of a sustainable future.
By providing high quality education and hands-on interdisciplinary curricula in a familiar urban setting converted into a permaculture showcase, participants will receive hands-on and real life experiences and learn how to incorporate permaculture principles into their own lives. Sharing in the creations and vision of the Permadigm Initiative will foster environmental literacy, a land ethic, and inspiration for individuals to transform into active members of their communities by becoming more confident and resilient rather than helpless dependence on fossil fuels and commercial agriculture.
