Have been working with organic gardening and homemade produce for many years.

I am currently the happy owner of 2 acres of land in West Jutland in Denmark.

Here my family is becoming more and more self sufficient with ducks, geese, chickens, fruit and nut trees, berries, herbs, edible weeds, perennial and annual vegetables.

It is all organic and increasingly incorporating permaculture principles and food forrest dynamics.
