I developed a passion for permaculture while volunteering with the Panya Project, a permaculture education centre and community based in northern Thailand.
Now based in the Lake District, my partner and I set up a education demonstration site for Permaculture, called Laya Point Permcualture.
We run courses and workshops on many aspects of permaculture. We live in a fairly wild place for England, I love to feed my interest (and tummy) with forageables, food preservation and fermentation from both the kitchen garden and the beautiful forests nearby to the old school. I regularly practice and teaches vinyasa and restorative yoga and yoga nidra as a way to balance out the physical demands the project.
Our project always has volunteers and friends helping out or coming for workshops. Living with a wider 'family' sometimes gets hairy...
