Based in Somerset Wisconsin, Lindsay is designing, creating, and nurturing permaculture systems from tiny urban lots to agroecological farms. Lindsay is an agroecology designer, grower and organizer. Since 2005 she has worked with Ecological Gardens in Design, Implementation, Consultation and Project Management. Designing resilient working landscapes, integrated site planning and growing food is her passion.
She has also spent over 10 years working with local foods nonprofits, chefs and farmers in Minnesota. Lindsay graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a BA in Environmental Studies and Justice and Peace Studies. During college she had the opportunity to study culture and food systems in Bangladesh and Cuba. Post college, she worked on permaculture farms in Guatemala including I'jatz Cooperative and Instituto Mesoamericano de Permacultura (IMAP).
