I grew up in Sydney and studied Landscape Management and Conservation.
After uni I was lucky enough to travel to Canada and Europe eventually coming back to Sydney to work in environmental sustainability. Got my first taste of a permablitz on a community building program I was coordinating but I was off again to live in Japan.
When I came back I started to spend alot more time in my nunna's (grandmother) veggie patch and she started to tell me of all the stories of her life as a market garden farmer in Australia and all the great maltese recipes she, and my family, would use.
It really made in curious and excited to the point where I found myself on Zatuna farm with Geoff Lawton and a bunch of great people.
Completing a PDC wasnt enough at the time so I went back up to Zatuna and completed a Urban Permaculture with Greg Huggins.
