My partner, Stephanie Lambert, and I operate Steph's Garden--a Kansas garden and food manufacturing company, specializing in shelf-stable salsa, sauces, and pickles using vegetables we grow, as well as fruits and vegetables purchased from Northeast Kansas growers. We also sell produce through farmers' markets and to local restaurants.

We have recently purchased an 11.5 acre farm in Jefferson County, Kansas where we planning to grow inputs for our canned goods. We have expanded our chicken flock, brought in Guinea fowl, and added a new watch-puppy!

We have had two rounds of permaculture students visit our farm for design projects and are excited to put some of their ideas into action. We also have a high tunnel going up this summer!
