Christian is the director of the Mindfulness Project in Ban Muang Wan, Khon Kaen Thailand. Since coming to Thailand to study as a monk with his wife Anja Carow, Christian has embarked on his vision of a greener Thailand. Aside from hosting volunteers and teaching mindfulness, meditation and yoga; Christian also holds courses every year. Among these courses are the PDC, Natural Building and Meditation and Yoga
