I completed a Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) in 2009 and my passion is localised, sustainable, socially just food production.

My life is deeply rooted in permaculture and the implementation of its principles. I believe that humans should drastically change the way they live, the way they set up communities, the way they travel, the way they build their houses and the way they earn their living. I hope to cultivate receptive attitudes, and demonstrate practically that there is a life beyond fossil fuels.

I also enjoy cooking and homebrewing. I prepare food with love and care and I enjoy responsible feasting with others. Healthy, nourishing food does not have to cost the earth nor human lives!
