JONÁS DALLADOR (1977)
Designer, advisor and international trainer in Permaculture. Agroecological production technician and Professional Certificate in Fruit Production. Trainer of trainers. Law Studies Proud father of two creatures. Permacultor with more than 12 years of experience in horticultural crops, more than 10 in fruit and more than 22 years in community projects, groups, associations and horizontal groups.
Founder and coordinator of the Extremadura Center for Permaculture "La Caraba", which integrates a productive forest of 3 hectares with bioconstruction, appropriate technologies, education ...
He has been a student of Sílvia da Floresta with whom he obtained the PDC in Sintra (Lisbon, Portugal) in 2012. During the last ten years he has completed their training in permaculture, regenerative agriculture, agroecology and bioconstruction among others with Jesús Ruiz, Eugenio Gras, Darren J. Doherty, Jairo Restrepo, Lucy Rees, Elena Arroyo, Sandra Rodriguez, Axel Torrejón, Kirk Gadzia, Nacho Simon, Antonio Gandano, Monica Centeno ..., in addition to an intense self-taught theoretical and practical training. He has collaborated punctually with the Master in Agroecology of the UNIA, the Agrarian Schools of Moraleja and Navalmoral de la Mata (Cáceres), Ecologists in Action and participated as a speaker at expert tables, round tables, debates and lectures from different social and agrarian groups . Performs regularly Permaculture, soil microbiology, preparation of inputs, key line and water management, management of specific crops, horticulture, fruit growing, etc. He is a member of the Tierra Sana Association and the La Caraba Association. He has participated in different workshops and practices of bioconstruction, dominating well the construction with straw and the aquaculture facilities. It also builds and implements several devices of appropriate technologies (ram pump, rope pump, bike-machines, phytodepuration, photovoltaic and ACS installations, modification of manual tools ...).
Jonás has worked in various farms and livestock throughout Europe (Spain, Portugal, France, Denmark, Sweden ...), and also in Morocco, developing different tasks from planting, pruning and harvesting, to the advice and / or design of these . In addition, he was a sheriff of a town and two villages (Peralta de Calasanz, Huesca) more than three years, in charge of the installation and maintenance of the Community of Irrigators and has worked in the Experimental Field of the Junta de Extremadura (site in Cabrero, Cáceres, dependent of the Center of Ecological and Mountain Agriculture, Plasencia) and in the National Bank of Germplasm of Cerezo (Barrado, Cáceres) during four years in both. In social networks, he has been the administrator for several years of permaculture and agroecology groups.
He speaks Spanish, English and French well and has a basic management in Portuguese. In addition, he speaks Catalan, understands Italian and has notions of Chinese and Arabic (1st year of the Official School of Translators).
